Mary has lived in the East Bay for the past 30 years and brings a wealth of experience, skills and professionalism to today’s market. She received her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and taught in local schools for ten years before entering real estate in 1980. Mary is a Broker Associate and holds the designations of Relocation Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist. She has consistently been included in the top 1% of realtors nationwide. Much of her business is referral based from satisfied clients. Her strong negotiation skills, problem solving expertise and commitment to her clients’ personal needs are some of the reasons clients refer others and always use Mary for their real estate need time and time again. She often assists her clients with staging their homes using her expertise in interior design. 

• Broker Designation since 1985. The required college-level classes are: Real Estate Practice, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Economics, Escrows, Real Estate Office Administration & Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending. A college degree is also required.
• Certified Relocation Specialist
• Certified Residential Specialist – CRS is the highest designation in the industry, which only 2% of all Realtors hold.
• Senior Real Estate Specialists – SRES requires special training to understand the special needs of homes buyers 50+ in the areas of major financial and lifestyle.
• Top Negotiator – Very strong and direct in working with other agents to facilitate the best possible terms and conditions for you as the seller.
• Minor in Finance – Keeps up with current trends in the real estate finance area. Plus, works with a mortgage broker who has a CPA background.
• Interior Design – As a hobby, has an interior design company “Just for You.” Provides free staging consultation to help market your home.
